Purtroppo ho dovuto fare un reso in quanto il prodotto da me acquistato mi è stato regalato un giorno prima. Sono rimasto piacevolmente soddisfatto della disponibilità, educazione, gentilezza, garbatezza e professionalità del personale della ditta che ha compreso perfettamente il significato della restituzione del prodotto. Continuerò a seguire la ditta perché hanno prezzi davvero molto bassi e poi sinceramente ho nutrito molto simpatia con le persone con le quali mi sono interfacciato telefonicamente. Davvero molto bravi. Raccomando fortemente questa ditta a chi volesse fare acquisti, sono molto seri e precisi e soprattutto vanno molto incontro alle esigenze del cliente. Chapeau! Puntualità e spedizione tutto ok; questi led come tanti prodotti in questo periodo purtroppo non si trovano più in giro e ci sono solo le sottomarche cinesi che spesso sono poco affidabili.
